Adherence to Meta Policies Please note that WhatsApp Business API is a product of Meta (formerly Facebook), and all services we offer are bound by Meta's policies and review processes. If any violation of Meta’s policies occurs from your side (intentionally or unintentionally), it may lead to delays, restrictions, or even temporary/permanent banning of your WhatsApp Business account. Support Timelines & Limitations We take pride in providing one of the fastest response times, and generally, our team resolves most issues within 2 to 4 hours. However, in cases where Meta's intervention is required, the resolution process may take longer — sometimes up to 1 to 2 business days or more depending on Meta's internal review process. Please understand that in such cases, we have no control over Meta’s timelines, and we request your patience and cooperation. Our Commitment We are always here to support and guide you.
